Cannot Register Sure Signal V3

I purchased a Sure Signal v3 from eBay and have not been successful in activating it. Every time I try to call 191 I cannot get through. I have also tried online chat but it is never available. I have received errors 500 and 1013.

This might not be the case but I'm wondering if the original owner has forgotten to De Register themselves from the Sure Signal before selling it. You won't be able to register yourself until this is actioned. 

Can you message them to ask ?

Great advice from @bandofbrothers1

You will also need to change the address details of the Sure Signal as it will still be registered at old address otherwise it will not work at all.

I've checked the serial number of your Sure Signal on our systems and can see that it's currently still registered.

Please contact the original owner to ask them to deregister the device so you can go ahead and re-register it yourself.
