I have a S5 Neo I have been trying to turn off Call Waiting, when I touch the button to turn it off, it goes off and a circle appears with the inner bit going round and round, then it disapears and call waiting is on again. There must be something daft that I am not getting ! Thanks.
How do I set up or cancel call waiting? Call waiting tells you if someone's trying to call you while you're already on a call. It just gives a soft dual bleep to let you know. To activate - enter *43# followed by SEND To accept the incoming call and end the original call - press 1 then SEND To hold the original call and accept the incoming call - press 2 then SEND To swap between calls - press 2 then SEND To end present call and return to holding call - press 1 then SEND To cancel - enter #43# then SEND Has this resolved your problem?

Brilliant ! it appears to have turned it off! So do I take it then, that if you go back into where that option is, it automatically turn it on again? Thanks.
