Change Details Give For Account Activation

When I set up my account for my pay-as-you-go mobile broadband dongle I gave the wrong email address. Since I can't access that I can't activate my account and so I can't top up.

I sent an email asking about this but the automated reply says that it will be dealt with within 5 days; I'd like to sort this out before Monday which gives me 26 hours.

Is there a way to reset my account or should I just set up a completely new account and use the correct details?

Glad I got to speak with you just now. As I mentioned, the online account is in place for you now, but if you have any issues, please driop us a line again and we'll be happy to help you with that. The options available through My Account are certainly worth checking out!

In the meantime, don't forget that there are many other ways you can top up your account, so although this is the most convenient, you're not completely blocked from doing it.
