Connected To Vodafone But No Internet

Hi,

I am successfully connected to Vodafone 3G using E220 usb modem, but the internet doesn't seem to work unless I plug an ethernet connection in. This used to work until recently but I have uninstalled all recent programs that may have interfered. Any ideas would be greatly welcomed.... Oh the modem works on another computer.

Thanks,
Steve

I am having the same problem, I have tried a number of browsers but with no success. Interestingly skype is working. I have spoken to PC world where I purchased my laptop and dongle and they think it may be a virus so suggest I wipe my memory - no thanks  . Any other thoughts?
