When you say "continue my contract", what do you mean?  Once you've completed the minimum term, it transfers to a rolling 30-day deal.   If you're subject to RPI increases, that's all that will apply though, if it's an old one, it may not and there may be no increase.  If you want to upgrade, speak to Customer Services and see what sort of deal they'll offer you (that's where the "loyalty" will come in).   If you don't want a new phone, consider moving to SIM-only.  Any change will put you onto a new contract and tarriff and will trigger RPI increases if they didn't apply before, but SIMO will still be cheaper.

Basically was a sim only £18.50 20gb unl text&mins. They offered me no better than £22.20 for that this time round & now offered £19 for 16gb unl text&mins anybody can get that it's on there page

Was that offer over the phone?

If not, call 191 and choose 'Thinking of Leaving' and start negotiating.

e2save have a cashback deal on at the moment bringing that SIMO plan down to £11.99.

I would suggest that's not a bad place for you to start your negotiations.

Yep tried that but they said the contract is with them no with Vodafone

@Plog1976 I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch.

For anyone else with the same issue, try the steps listed here and if you’re still affected, contact customer service.

Hi Coleen tried phoning few times just get the same offer no budging ? How do I reply to your message and I can give you my mobile number

I wasn't suggesting to go with e2save (CPW own them) merely use their price as a benchmark and ask if Vodafone would match it or at least move towards it. The fact they won't budge at all leaves me staggered, usually 30% is a given with more sometimes possible.

Did you ask for your PAC code? that will take you through to retentions who have more flexibility to negotiate.

Going with e2save is an option, but it does require a little extra effort from you.  Whether you consider £120 over the year is worth the effort is up to you.

P.S.  I can't see the pictures you posted, I don't know if that's just me or for everyone else too.
