Data being used and yet Data switched off

Guys,

How can this be.  Billing cycle is around 25th of each month.  

1gb of data allowance, and yet saying 500Mb already used........Cellular data is switched off and only using WIFI?

If data is actually switched off in settings then you shouldn't be using any data of course. The trouble is, there is no way of telling what app is using data and the network won't give you any information.

Downloading a data manager to tell you what apps are using the data, if any, is the way to get to the bottom of this problem. There are a few in the app store if you search for them.
