I added an extra 1GB last month to my package as half price. This month showing 3GB availabe but only only 2 to be used. I was told i had used it in one day. Which is impossible.. has any one had the same problem? Thanks

Hi @Asonest67
I assume it's Vodafone Customer Services who advised of the data usage ?
They can only advise how much has been used but not what it's been used on.
Does your MyVodafone App and your MyVodafone online match the usage levels ?
Most modern smartphones now have built in Data Monitors.
Have you checked yours if available to see what's using how much data.
These typically need resetting at each monthly allowance refresh.
There will be Data monitors available in your particular App Store.
My Samsung Galaxy s8 also has a setting where I can set warnings / usage levels etc. Maybe yours has something similar.

Hi @Asonest67
If you take a look in your My Vodafone application, the extra 1GB data will be shown under your extras. Your 2GB data is your normal monthly allowance, this won't change and you will see your data allowance as 2GB. As soon as your 2GB allowance has been used, your extra 1GB will kick in.
When your bill is produced, you will see the extra data and monthly charge at the end of the bill added onto your other charges.
The best thing to do is to use live chat for account access, they will be able to clarify the extra 1GB data and charge.
