De-Register/Re-Register Sure Signal

Hi

I had my sure signal on my closed account as I moved to O2. I have now returned, how do I re-register the sure signal as I cannot access the account it was setup in to de-register it.

Hi, I have since moved to another provider but still need to use the sure signal for my son who is on vodafone. How can I deregister andthen register his number?

Also, I can't login on my old number anymore so not sure how to send you my details?
