I had a DRO in august 2013, vodafone was under this DRO. In a few years I would like to get a mortage and I know my defaulted accounts stay on my file for 6 years, which I fully accept.
But vodafone have the wrong defaulted date on my old account, as it needs to be the same as the start date of my DRO.
I have tried phoning, but as I no longer have an active account I can't seem to get through to anyone!
Can anyone provide me with an address I can send my DRO papers through to, so they can show the correct details and default date.

Ignore the prompts to key in a mobile number and on the 4th prompt it should change to say press 2 for Pay Monthly.

sadly it goes to another press 1,2 or 3 option and wants my phone number, which of course isnt with an active account so doesnt reconise it, then hangs up on me.
hopefully someone from vodafone sees this and provide some contact details!

I would choose thinking of leaving which should get you through to an agent.
The Vodafone Team here read all posts.
