Deregister Sure Signal

Hi, I have recently moved my business to another network and as such I want to deactivate my Sure Signal, as my new network is able to give me coverage at home without a box!

I can't log in anymore to do this as my account is no longer active.

I want to sell the box on ebay but need it off their system before I can do this.

Thanks

Hi gary1961sheep

Welcome to the eForum. I’ve popped you a private message if you could reply back I’ll be in touch to help get your Sure Signal de-registered.

You can find your PM inbox here

Candy – The account holder is the only person that can request us to de-register the VSS.

Thanks

I phoned Vodafone just now.they wanted to know the phone number registered on the box and billing address and method of payment. If you have these it will be done straight away.they were very helpful. Good luck

Hi

I have recently moved home and my Vodafone signal is zero if im downstairs. My contract has been up for a while and if i cannot get this sorted in the next few days then i'm off to T-Mobile!

My neighbour has given me 2x Sure Signal boxes. He has called up and de-registered them 3 times now. Each time being told that they have been done. (The last time was around 2 weeks ago)

One of the boxes still says it is still registered and the other box says there is a technical problem, try again later (how much later......a month?????)

I only need one of these boxes working. Can anyone here help me please?

Thanks

Matt

P.S. Was not sure if i should put the serial numbers in the post or not. I have them if required.

My neighbour is no longer a Vodafone customer.

Hi there

Your neighbour will need to post on here as the SureSignal devices are in their name.  Vodafone will only be able to deregister them at the request of the original owner.

Hi

Your right, i do....but Vodafone say it has been de-registered when he calls!

Hi n33712,

If he posts here, we'll bring him in directly to our team.

We've got a lot of experience with Sure Signal queries so i'm sure we'll get to the bottom of everything. :smileyhappy:

I am getting the run-around from Vodafone customer services about de-registering my Vodafone Sure Signal V3.

I have left Vodafone and after I left I was assured my sure signal box would be de-registered and it still isn't. I've sold it in the meantime and now that person can't register the box.

Vodafone customer services passed me between 3 people and as I type this, I have been on hold for 20 minutes trying to speak to someone in the technical team.

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!
