Hi, I have recently moved my business to another network and as such I want to deactivate my Sure Signal, as my new network is able to give me coverage at home without a box!
I can't log in anymore to do this as my account is no longer active.
I want to sell the box on ebay but need it off their system before I can do this.
Thanks

Hi Tech Team,
I have recently purchased a 'Sure Signal' and it is already registered, having read previous post on this subject I need to get the previous owner to contact you to give his permission for deregistering. Could you please supply me your contact details and requirements,
Regards
Steve

Hello sxw17
All the contact us details are on the contact us link which can be found on every page of the website.
If you ask the original owner of the device to contact Vodafone, it can easily be deregistered.

Hi Vodafone,
I am looking to de-register my Sure Signal box as I am no longer needing it in my new area but I'd like to pass it on to a friend. Could you please assist me with this ASAP?
Thank you,
Madeleine

Hi Laineymads,
If you still have the Vodafone account it's registered to, you can do this via My Account in the Sure Signal management pages.
If you're unable to do this, click here to get us your details.

Hello,
I'm trying to de-register my old sure signal as I intend to pass it to a member of my family currently using Vodafone.
I follow the links but all I get is "Access Denied".
I no longer have a vodafone account so I cannot login.
Thanks,
Simon.

Thanks, I spoke to tech support on the phone and they've deregistered the Sure Signal box.
Cheers,
