I need to deregister a sure signal box as the contract assigned to it has been canceled and need to be assigned to another account please advise.

As per the other people I n the forum I wish to deregister a sure signal my son has given me as I have no mobile phone signal in my house

Hi there
I'm afraid that Vodafone won't be able to help you with this as the SureSignal isn't registered against your account. Your son will need to get in touch with Vodafone, preferably on this forum, and request that the device be deregistered.
