I am fed up with being fobbed off with the exchange for my Galaxy Note 7. For over three weeks I have been trying to arrange an exchange and even took a day off work for an arranged exchange that did not happen.
I am trying to find a way to casncel my contract online.

Hi
You can't cancel online as customer service need to take you through security protocol to confirm who you are.
Ring 191 or use Live chat.
They'll guide you through the process and confirm any fees if applicable.
Please don't cancel your direct debit until you receive a sorry your leaving letter and £0 bill through the post which follows your final bill which is posted out to you.

Thanks for the response.
Direct debit is cancelled.
They were told last week that I was cancelling if they get back to me - and guess what - they didn't.

You're welcome.
I feel I must point out that cancelling your direct debit before the final bills are paid can in the extreme result in defaults on a credit file lasting 6 years. Vodafone don't need to even advise you they have done this.
Leaving the Direct debit also allows for any Refunds.
