Error adding user to Sure Signal - Definitely Vodafone number

Hi, I'm trying to add a single number to the VSS unit. It's a vodafone number (a business contract if that makes a difference). It's coming up with an error when submitting it. On checking the log it says: "New members were added to your Gateway. Users invalid " and the number does not appear to be linked to the device.

 

I think I've exhausted the guides and searched the forum so now it's time to make my own post as I'm struggling to work out where I'm going wrong, everything else seems fine. It's all connected and networked okay but the phone will not work with it because it's not registered as a user.

 

Serial for dianostics is: 40134900188

(If a VSS team member can check from this, it's the last number in the history that I've tried to add).

Hi

 

If using the Dashboard is not working then you could use Live Chat or telephone support to have this looked at and if possible they'll add the number.
