Error with my Account

Vodafone are sorting this issue. But i wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else.

I have been with Vodafone for 10 years. 

My contract is not up for ending until next may.

I pay my bill monthly via debit card.

I logged into my account and all of a sudden my account is telling me im a pay as you go customer? Even though i am a pay monthly customer. All my bills from previous are deleted, and i cannot see my useage etc. I cant see how much my bill is for the month, or pay it. This also is the same with the App, 

When i use the 191 phone number, I can listen to how much I owe, but i cannot pay my bill, it just says an error has occured. 

 

Really fed up with this, and wondering if this had happened to anyone else.

You guys are already sorting it. You were suppose to ring me 2 days ago, but you sent a text message instead explaining that you are still working on it. Still no response.
