Free Sure Signal

Hi.

After three months with harldy any signal.  I have been credited with £108 and been promised a free Sure Signal box.

But after going to collect this from my local Vodafone store, I was told I had to pay for it and it be credited to my bill.  This would leave my bill over £200 in credit, but I would much rather collect it and credit my account with the cash paid or  have it delivered from your warehouse like a new mobile.

Please could an admin look into this please?

No one from Vodafone looks into account specific issues on this forum. You have to speak to a store, 191 or use live help.
