My sure signal blew up. I'm told it can be repaired. I'm told I can organise getting it repaired online.
I can't. And becuase my sure signal has blown I can't just dial 191 for customer services. I tried from my landline, selected the call back option, and got the call back with a dead line.
I really need this sorted asap, and a store is over an hours drive for me, so this wouldn't be a practical solution.
