Getting annoyed with Sure signal now!

Hi All,

Am a bit stumped. My wife upgraded from an iPhone 4s to 5s last week and the new phone will not work with the sure signal at al with her Siml. I have tried absolutely everything. I called Vodafone last night and the operator synchronised the VSS but this made no difference.

If I put my Sim in the phone it works with the VSS so I know the iPhone 5s is not the problem and her sim will not pick up 3G on my iPhone 5. So far i have tried;

Deregistering and Registering the VSS

Removing and Adding users (many times)

Rebooting

Restoring factory settings

Switching off 4G

Swapping Sims

Resynch via Vodafone

Nothing works!!

Not sure what to do now, can anyone help?
