Does anyone know if and when Vodafone will push out the Android Marshmallow 6.0 update to the HTC One M8?

HTC haven't released this yet either.   The M8 is stil on 5.0, so whether that means it's the end of the line, or they'll simply skip 5.1 remains to be seen.
