Help!

I've tried speaking with online vodafone chat and vodafone customer service and have got nowhere.

I have a sure signal version 3, serial no 42142829359. I have registered my no. Power, Internet and service led lights are lit but I still have no phone signal.

Ping 41 ms, download 4.97, upload 0.39.

Any ideas what to try?
