Hi I did a contract with mobile phone direct and you as my service provider I have r heard back I did the form for one at 12.14 yesterday I still haven't heard anything back do you know how long it will take for me to hear back it's Nigel smith by the way my address is [Removed] postcode Ll369ag

You would need to contact Mobile Phones Direct as they will be the ones setting up your new contract. Vodafone will be unable to assist with anything until your account has been created.
