How can I transfer my Sure Signal to my other Vodafone account.

My Sure Signal is linked to my PAYG account which has been deregistered as I have not used it for over 90 days. (did not realise this would occur). I can no longer log in to this account due to the need for a security code to be sent to the number which has been deactivated!

How can I transfer my Sure Signal from this account to my new Pay Monthly account.

I have tried to sort this on 3 occasions without success with 'Live Chat'.

Hi there

 

With PAYG lines, you need to keep them active by using them regularly - making chargeable calls, topping up etc all keeps the line active.

 

What you need to do is to contact Customer Services.  They will need to deregister the SureSignal device from your PAYG account.  Once that has been done, you will need to register it against your Pay Monthly account.  Unfortunately, this is a customer based support forum which means we can't access your account to help you with this issue.

A one hour phone call and 6 different departments later finally managed to get this sorted.
