I am not sure that posting a new post every 2 days is going to speed up the process with answering the original post. I am sure one of the mods will answer your original post when they get to it..
personally however as i expect you use the service your first (and second) post were about.. so possibly it might be time to make some human contact with someone and give them thar customer services people a call
i think their tech call centre up north will be more than happy to fix your issue if you ask them nicely.

It would have been better if you had appended this message to the thread you already posted in. Starting yet another message thread just adds to the background noise.
The Vodafone tech people will respond, just not necessarily in the time scale expected by you.
