hi there ,i use pay as you go 1gb packs ,How do i line up another internet pack to start when my present one runs out. thanks

thanks i asked "Chat" and apparantly you can only do this if you pay by card .if you submit a top up voucher to get online you have to reactivate  manually or ring this number 03333040101 . i always have trouble, i have to get into my account via another online pc and activate it that way ,i think something isn`t working right.
