I've just received a HTC One m9 but my YouTube videos are very pixelated and blurry? I've tried setting the resolution but it's the same
Can somebody help?

Is the YouTube version your on the latest version.

Also try turning your phone off and on to reset it.

If your on 3G etc then if the signal is weak it can affect quality.

Are you doing this over 3G/4G or over WiFi?

It's over 4g and Wi-Fi
I've updated the app, restarted it and it's still unwatchable

Have you tried a few videos as the one your trying to view may be at fault.

Can you try watching videos through other avenues to see if it continues.

I've just tried a video on Google, it's the same blurred/ pixelated
Maybe the phone is faulty it's only 2 days old

If you've tried everything and gone through those tips and googled for some possible answers and then tried other options to watch videos and its the same then personally I'd get it swapped out before the 14 days period is over.
