I would like to de-registered my Sure Signal

Hi Guys, Thanks for looking. 

I would apprecaite some help in deregistering my Sure Signal. 

I'm one of those folks that didn't realise this needed to be done prior to moving away from Vodafone. 

If you can advise how to help me do this i'd be most grateful
