I have just upgraded my iPhone 6 to IOS10. It no longer picks up and attaches to my Sure Signal.
I have rebooted both, no difference.
Anyone else got this problem?

I've unplugged the b****y thing and am hoping my phones hang on to the weak 3G/4G signal in my neighbourhood. It has become infuriating not being able to make/receive calls or transfer data while 'connected' to the SS.
Lack of feedback or any hint of a resolution to the issue have also driven me to this decision.
Seems the SS can't cope with me walking into the house with a 4G signal on my phone and a conflict results.

@DaveA If you've generally got good coverage within your area, then this may have a knock on effect with your Vodafone Sure Signal leading to interferance.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

One bar 3G or 4G at best when I arrive home.
Not at all happy. Was all fine until a couple of months ago... If the SS can't switch as required when the phone is in range then it's unfit for purpose and I want a refund.
How do I go about refund. Can you provide me authorisation so I can take back to nearby Vodafone shop?

@DaveA Please see our returns policy for information on ways to arrange a return.

I need you to agree that the SS is unfit for purpose in writing so I can present to the shop when I return the SS for a refund

@DaveA Can you confirm if the coverage in your area has recently been upgraded?
If you can also let us know if this issue happened before updating your phone to iOS 10 and we'll be happy to advise you further.

How would I know if coverage has been upgraded? Surely Vodafone knows the answer to that one. I sometimes get weak 4G or weak 3G and often see E on the signal type.
Issue might have happened before iOS 10. I'm sure I first reported this to Vodafone (by phone call) a number of months ago, at which point I was told to switch phone to 3G, phone off, phone on, then reselect 4G. But that is obviously an unsatisfactory workaround.
At at the moment the SS is disconnected. When connected, although I see a strong 3G signal on my phones, data flow is dead slow and cannot make or receive phone calls

Nearly a month with no response...
Have Vodafone got plans to improve coverage in this area of dense population, or alternatively to sort SS, so if I have weak 4G signal when entering house, the SS doesn't misbehave
If if you can't fix the SS behaviour please provide me a returns authorisation so I can get refund from local Vodafone shop

@DaveA You'll be able to see any planned network upgrades within your area via our Network status checker.
If you'd like to discuss your options in relation to a refund for your Sure Signal, please see the private message I've sent with details on how to get in touch.
