Hi vics and gbroti,
Please can I have the first half of your postcode from each of you? I can't see any posts around the Network Troubleshooting Guide from either of you despite these being mentioned by Wayne.
We'll need to check for faults in your area before we can have your phones sent in for a repair under the warranty.
Cheers, Ben

1). Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
-Hard to find out how many calls I missed and at what location. I have noticed it's happening at B23 5RA
2). What is the full postcode of where the issue occurs?
-B23 5RA
3). Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
-Did not try this as nano sim card doesn't really fit any other phones I have.
4). Are there any issues in your area already reported on the Network Updates Board?
- No
5). Does this issue happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? To check, go to the Help Centre, select your phone and then select "network".
- All
6). What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
-None
7) When did you first notice this issue?
-after updating to iOS 7
😎 Is the issue permanent or intermittent (if intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs)?
- Intermittent. No certain times noted.

Hi Guys,
I’ve done a bit of research online and can see reports across different operators around the world, where customers are having the same issue.
All of the suggestions I can see have already tried so I am beginning to wonder what is causing the problem.
As it works fine when the screen is not idle it can’t be a network issue, but this could be something within the IOS.
Can you all confirm which version of software you are currently using?
If you are running IOS 7, did this happen on the old IOS?

James,
I'm using iOS 6.1.4. I have had this problem since I got the phone in January.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for getting back to me.
@1penelope – I’m glad that this sorted your issue.
@ harkada – As you’ve got the do not disturbed switched off and you’re still having the same problem, can you do a back up and then restore the phone but don’t reinstall anything from the back up.
Try again and see if you still get the same issue.
Restore the phone from the back up and try again.
This will help us identify if it’s the phone itself or a combination of an application causing the problems.

James,
I have backed up and restored the phone and restored it from the back up and I am still getting the same problem. It seems that it goes straight to voicemail when the phone is locked more often than when I am using the phone.

Hi harkada,
Thanks for confirming. If you followed all of the steps so far, the only other thing we can rule out is trying the SIM in a different phone or trying another SIM in yours. If you don't have access to others to test, you're welcome to visit a Vodafone store to use ours.
If we rule out a SIM fault, then we'll need to send your phone off for a repair.
Cheers, Ben
