Internet slow

Hi I'm having internet problems it seems to be really slow and sometimes when loading or watching you tube video it stops halfway if that. The only way to get it working again is turn off and on phone. I have a s8 and live in a good 4g area with no signal problems and I'm always connected to 4g but it's just slow slow no matter what time it is.

Hi @Mimo2000 :smileyhappy: When switching down from 4G to 3G in your settings this should help improve your internet speeds. Please let us know how you get on.

I've requested WEB settings again so shall see how that works will report back after few days use.
