Ipad and Netflix

I received my iPad yesterday and I'm on the 10GB package that comes with 6 months Netflix. How do I claim this? I've had no email or texts to set this up.

Also be aware you will have to sign up for a 12 month deal and get six months free this is Netflix after all check the small print
