Hi,
I have upgraded today to an iphone 6 64gb (£53.50 per month) and it comes with Sotify Premium free for 2 years.
The order confirmation email came through very quickly but I have yet to receive a text that enables me to choose Spotify (or Sky Sports or Netflix)
Discussed this with an online chat member of staff and he told me to text ENTERTAINMENT to 97613 and then to follow the link. Now when I do this it does indeed have the Spotify Premium selection option but tells me this will cost £9.99 per month (the first month being free). The online agent has told me to ignore this and assured me I will not be charged the additional premium each month- I have not yet done this as I am rather dubious!
Please could someone confirm this is correct - surely the Vodafone systems should have picked up that I have now successfully upgraded to the new tariff and that there is no charge for 24 months.

I am having the same problem. I upgraded last Friday and even after going through two Live Chat sessions where Vodafone assured me it was sorted, my Spotify is still showing as free instead of premium. I had Spotify premium with my last contract and on the day I upgraded I got a message saying it had expired. When I got the new phone I got nothing in the way of information about how to get Spotify back again so I text "Entertainment" to 97613. I then followed the link but it only gives me an option to subscribe to Spotify for £9.99 a month or Sky sports Mobile for £4.99. My bundle is supposed to include 24mnths Entertainment so these should be free. Both Live chat sessions have told me this has been sorted and to wait 30mins for things to update but then nothing has changed. Live chat only ever seems to be available once in a blue moon and the telephone help is a complete waste of time having been cut off the last two times I have tried to speak to them. Can anyone help?

glad you got it sorted Steve. You must have been pretty lucky to even get on Live Chat let alone find someone who knew what they were doing? It's constantly busy whenever I check. When I have got on, they've told be me it's sorted when it's not!
