Is anyone else finding that touchtone doesn’t work for VF customer services?

Is anyone else finding that touchtone doesn’t actually work on VF call centre numbers and after 3 attempts you just get a ‘goodbye’ and the phone goes dead.?  With Live Chat never available how the hell are you supposed to be able to contact anyone?

Live Chat is best accessed using a computer and leave the chat window open until an agent becomes free. Clearing the browser cache and data can help. 

 

In regards to calling 191 I've had no issue. Perhaps try their landline number > 03333 040 191 from other UK landlines or mobiles (standard call charges apply)
