HI, my VSS seems to be working but call quality is poor.
Lights 1, 2 and 4 are on when the phones are sat idle.
Internet connection is fine.
Traceroute to the suggested address is pasted below.
Speedtest shows 5.5meg down and 380k up.
Router is a BT Homehub 4R and all other devices have good internet access.
Not sure which version of Sure SIgnal I have (old version 1 I think) but the serial number is 21230697902
Phones are: Iphone 6, Galaxy S4, Galaxy Young.
The main issue is that whilst I can hear the other party, they can only get every other word from me. The call doesn't drop but what I am saying is unintelligable (no change there then) Can anyone suggest a way of testing the device please?

Yes, so last night I replaced the router and the ethernet cable. Still the same.
Router is now a Draytek 2860N+. Cables are now screened CAT-6 cables.
Is there a way of testing the VSS unit, or can the firmware be updated please?
