Its time vodafone told us the truth. They dont have a Samsung Galaxy s6 128gb ( in any colour)

Been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my samsung s6 128gb edge. My order has been cancelled no fewer then 5 times by a 'system glitch'. Spoke to numerous people from the Contradiction Service Team sorry i mean Customer Service Team who all tell me different things. They fear you going to a competitor thats why they wont tell you the phone wont be available till May. If they did have it on April 10th its quite clear someone has underestimated the amount to order as only a few from thousands have received their phone.  Shocking service

I am now in the same boat i pre ordered mine on the 28th march 128gb and was told i should of recieved it already and we will have to cancel and go through the details again to try & get it sorted but i think that now means i am at the back of the que.

Don't give false hope, your live chat team are useless and offer nothing but lies!!! I was supposed to get my s6 edge 64gb black on launch day, then was PROMISED it a few days later via live chat, it didn't arrive. Last Friday I was PROMISED it would arrive today, I doubted this and went on chat again Sunday evening to confirm what I was told and guess what.......I was PROMISED i would receive it again today......notice the emphasis on the word PROMISED......Well guess what......LIES LIES LIES

Why don't Vodafone stop giving people the run around, diverting them off to (waste of time) live chat and just be honest and tell the truth which is that you don't have the phones and don't know when you will. It's not ideal but it's a lot better then being told countless lies and being disappointed every time your phone doesn't arrive on the days your told!!!

LIVE HELP IS THE PROBLEM

 

and your online tracker I cannot describe without swearing as thats how useless it is.

 

All voda phone staff on here just keep harping on over and over again "Live Chat Can Help" - Well, they can't, they lie, can barely speak English, don't know whats going on and cannot seem to find out.

 

I think what everone would really appreciate is a response that doesn't involve you copying and pasting "Goto Live Chat or Order Tracker". 

 

Please, for the love of god will one of you take ownership of the issue, do your jobs properly and work out a suitable resolution to this.

Well I Pre-ordered my Samsung Galaxy S6 128gb in Black not the Edge... on the 4th of April 2015. Was promised that I would receive the phone wee bit after the launch, Well since then today is exactly a MONTH and got NOTHING at all.

 

No one at Vodafone seems to want to give a honest answer to anything you ask.. its like asking a politician a question on leaders debate where they'll answer something completely unrelated to your question.

 

However wrote to the Executive office who called me and said they are expecting the devices on the 10th of May and asked me to wait until then. IF i dont get it by next week tuesday I'm sure to cancel my upgrade and go elsewhere sick and tired of Vodafone the tax dodging mess of a network.
