Keep getting text messages about change of address

Hi team. Is there any way to make these stop? I've updated my address in my account area serveral times now, but keep getting a new message and email shortly afterwards.

Hi charlesr, 

I've updated the address from this side as it was showing a location change that hadn't completed. 

This should now stop the texts and emails coming through.
