Is there a way to check logs or usage reports to see whether a sure signal has carried any calls in a given period, or if it has only been connected and not used to make any calls?

We can check how much data it’s used within a certain month, although we’re unable to see numbers called.

I have just spent a frustrating 43 minutes on the phone with Vodafone's customer services, first via Live Help and then I was called by one of your service advisers.
I referred to this forum update but they insisted that it was not possible to see how much data had been used.
Could you confirm whether this is possible or not, and advise how this can be done from the attached screen or other portal?
