The correct lights are on my Sure signal but I updated my phone to ios9 the other day and I am only getting 1-2 bars of signal on my phone. Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone help?

Thanks

@Heather16

Have you tried removing and re-adding the iPhone to the Sure Signal?

If it’s the main number, you’ll need to deregister and re-register the Sure Signal.

Hi Wayne

Thanks. Can you tell me how to deregister and then register again please? It is the only phone registered to the Sure Signal. I can't phone Vodafone for help as I have no signal. Thanks in advance
