My phone was lost on Friday and a replacement is ariving tomorrow. Will the BigRed Box allow transfer from my old lost sim/phone to the replacement?

Unfortunately not, the content transfer is done from content from your previous phone to the new phone.
Depending on the phone you have, contacts should be backed up to gmail/cloud. You should also have any images backed up and stored on your Dropbox/ cloud account.

What phone was lost.
You may find backups have been actioned.
I assume you reported it lost so Vodafone would have blocked the phone, SIM card and your account to stop unauthorised usage. With that in mind you may need to speak with customer service to now have the bars removed when you receive your replacement SIM card.
