If the phone came direct from Vodafone, the settings will be preinstalled and will be correct. You can check the APN settings from the link below.
However, all that may be needed for your account to be MMS provisioned. If you give Vodafone a call or use live chat, they will be able to enable MMS messaging on your account.
With MMS becoming outdated, a application such as WhatsApp or emailing the image will work. This way, you will be using your data allowance.
