MOVING SURE SIGNAL TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT

Hi,

I have been given a Sure Signal by an ex-Vodafone customer.  How do I add it to my account?

@TomHardie The original owner of the Vodafone Sure Signal will need to get in touch with our Customer Services team and have the device deregistered before you can use it.

If the device isn't deregistered, you won't be able to link it with your My Vodafone account or mobile number.

Hi

 

First question is have they de registered it from them selves yet ? Until that's done you can't register it to yourself. 

 

How-do-I-change-the-owner-of-a-Sure-Signal.

No they didn't de-register it, and as an ex-customer they now can't.

Surely there must be a way of contecting it to the internet when it will connect to the Sure Signal server and have to identify itself by serial number or MAC address?

The original owner will have to contact customer services to have them manually de register it if they cannot no longer access the Sure Signal via my Vodafone.

To add if the original owner has not used it in the last 3 months then a bar could have been placed on it. 

 

If not used for over 12 months it would have been de activated and removed from ten Vodafone Network and won't be able to be re activated.
