Earlier this week I dropped my HTC One M8 in at the Fenchurch Street branch of Vodafone as it wouldn't read my sim card.
I was told it would be ready to collect on May 7th.
Today I got a text saying it was fixed and I could collect it.
I just went in to collect my HTC and, incredibly, I was given a brand new (or at least as good as) one. Said they either couldnt fix the fault it would take too long so replaced it.
I've seen a lot of moaning on here and in store about service but I've only ever had good experiences.
Thank you Vodafone, you've made my day.
