I will be staying with relatives at TEDBURN ST. MARY Devon for 3 weeks.
I am visiting from New Zealand.
I want to bring with me my Netbook.

What is the most effective and cheapest way for me to access the internet.
Can I purchase a prepaid device at (say) Heathrow Airport and if so what would be the cost?

Hi IanEW,

Firstly, a very warm welcome to the eForum Family, and indeed welcome to the UK, I hope you enjoy your stay even if the weather is rubbish ;).

If you're just over here for three weeks then I'd say the best option for yourself would be our Top Up and Go Modem, the modem itself costs £39 and with this you get 1GB of data included. Any subsequent Topups are £15 per 1GB. These can be purchased either online or via a Store, of which there is one at Terminal 5 of Heathrow Airport.

I trust that answers your query, and once again I hope you enjoy your stay in the UK :).

Hi Ian

At the risk of stating the obvious, I don't suppose your relatives have a broadband conenction with a wifi router? If so, that's going to be your best bet.
