Hi everyone,
I have a contract phone that stopped working. So I put the sim card into another phone. I can text, call and use wifi but can't use mobile data even though it's part of my package. How do I solve this problem?

Hi,
Check no data bar is turned on via your online myvodafone
Check that Mobile Data is turned on in both phones settings.
Any vodafone store can replace your SIM card as it could be at issue.
Do you see 4G,3G in the phones status bar?
Is this happening everywhere ?
