Hi I contacted customer services via live chat, the person transferred me to the cancellation team. I have been waiting for an advisor for an hour and a half. Do I continue to hold or hang up? This is my third attempt to contact vodafone!

The phone lines close at 9pm.
I'd suggest to call 191 tomorrow or Monday.

No Live Chat is open 24 hours a day

They are 24/7 but may need to put you through to cancellations to generate a PAC Code.
