Mobile internet keep going off !!!

My mobile internet keeps going off and has been like this for months 

AV been in touch with 191 to many time 

Tryed every think 

New sim 

New phone 

All internet setting 

And when I ask to speak to supervisor the hang up and my phone to emergency calls only 

 

I want this sorted asap if not how do I cancel my contract with the poor service I get 60gb internet and supildy slow and goes off

Hi @L16rye

 

To cancel a contract your required to give 30 days notice if your not wanting to keep that mobile number. 

Or if your wanting to take the number to another Uk Network then ask for a Pac code and use that within 30 days of it being given to you by giving it to another network. 

Please take into consideration that if your contract is not full term then an Early Termination Fee would be applied which is basically the rest of the contract term tariff amount minus a 2% rebate. 

In regards to your Mobile Internet. 

Does this happen everywhere or a particular place where you visit ?

The Apn settings are specific for Payg and Pay Monthly. The ones I use are detailed in > Vodafone Apn's.

Also check in your myvodafone that no caps or bars have been applied. 

Also check in your phones settings as some have data restrictions in them so if a certain set level of gb of Data usage is reached the phone cuts off data usage. It's an easy process to raise that limit or turn it off.

Still keep going off When i phone some one and put phone done goes off again then Also when been in WiFi then turn WiFi off goes off again ... So will I get discount as paying 65 a month for not getting internet use as keep going off !

@L16rye - Please see @BandOfBrothers post above and go thorugh the tests he’s advised.

If it’s still the same, please follow the steps from our network troubleshooting guide (including step 6 if you get to it).

I have tryed everything yous have said and still going off ...

Am paying 65 a month for 60gb of internet I can not use !!!

Am sick of been messed about now 

This has been like this for over 3/4 months 

This company is a joke !!!
