My Vodafone app has stopped working.

Hi.
I was just wondering if anybody else is having the same issue as Me my Vodafone app has not been working since 2 o'clock this afternoon PS I use the Android operating systems

If the application has only stopped working yesterday afternoon, it most likely temporary.

 

Try rebooting the phone and see if that helps.

 

If the problems persists, please use live chat for account access, they will be able to find the reason.

I'm having the same problem with the app. tried reinstalling app etc.

 

Running IOS 10.2

@Indianag @darren100 I've tested the My Vodafone app using IOS 10.2 on a iPhone 6S and it's working fine for me. 

 

Please test the app again to see if the issue is still happening.

I have just tried it again and still coming up as we are having a few technical problems. Has done for a week or so now. Tried reloading the app etc all has now worked.

@darren100 Are you able to log on to your My Vodafone account via the website?

If not, please let us know as this could potentially be an account related issue.

Yes I'm able to log in to my account via website.

@darren100 Are you able to test your SIM in a different mobile device?

 

If so, please go ahead and download the My Vodafone app on a new device, then let us know if it works.
