My Vodafone app not working

The app hasn't worked for weeks and now comes up with 'sorry we are having a few technical difficulties at the moment' as soon as I open the app. Have reinstalled several times and spoken to 191 and was given the all will be fine in 24 hours rubbish but still dead.

I use a Nexus 6p running Android 7.0

Anyone able to fix this?

I have been having this same issue for about 2 weeks. Online chat 3 times. Each time told exactly the same thing and it's rather annoying

OMG, so many problems. These are the exact problems I have been having. No one calls back and no resolution

I am still unable to use Vodafone's app and yes I have received and paid the following bill after a contract renewal. Some help would be appreciated....

Am exactly the same Nexus 6P with Android 7 the my Vodafone app hasn't worked since August for a company the size for Vodafone you would expect them to have a development team who test their software on different make and model of devices but it obviously doesn't seem that way.

I despair at this company. They dont have a clue of what is happening. AS someone said here, no surprise that this is the worst rated company as far as customer service is concerned. I only have to be with them because of my work location otherwise i would jump ship straight away. Good job i didnt go with their fibre service. World of pain!

They will never admit there is an issue, I've no idea what the tech team on here do apart from send pointless private messages. Perhaps the real tech engineers should come on and explain the issue?

I somehow, with hours of persistence was able to raise the issue at level 2, just as bad, It is such a broken system that when I call up and give them a reference number that I have been given by their own people i.e. so called level 2 support, they dont recognise it. And there is starts again, talking to them and telling them the issue for the 20th time. Useless.

Yeah same issue here, I've had 2 emails from different people asking for a screen shot of the issue and when does it happen. They are the worst rated for customer service for a good reason!! Useless!!
