My Vodafone app not working

The app hasn't worked for weeks and now comes up with 'sorry we are having a few technical difficulties at the moment' as soon as I open the app. Have reinstalled several times and spoken to 191 and was given the all will be fine in 24 hours rubbish but still dead.

I use a Nexus 6p running Android 7.0

Anyone able to fix this?

My app no longer works too after porting my number from 3 mobile. My problem has been escalated , hope it gets sorted soon as the app was good , can't believe this problem has not arisen and been worked out already because this looks like it has affected many customers in the past .i am using iPhone 5s

Same here.

The iPhone app hasn't worked in weeks. I've tried approaching Vodafone on Twitter but all they say is to call them which I don't have time to waste right now.

What's going on? A telco can't fix an app for weeks on end?
Very poor service.

I'm on payg and the app on iPhone was working even after porting my number from 3 mobile but it was showing my old number .After deleting the app and reinstalling this is when it stopped working . I have spent hours using chat and calling support now the app team are working on it ,but like you say why can't they fix it ? It's like something you see on Alan Sugars Apprentice tv show !!!!

It's finally working !!! Updated the app just now and it's all systems go !!!

After a year of Vodafone committing fraud on my account by stealing hundreds of pounds I know cannot get into the app to see if they've put another charge on my account as I've had to check it every day for the last few months to try n stop getting robbed by Vodafone although just checking hasn't really helped me retrieve any money they stole, Vodafone are the worst customer service I've ever dealt with they just ask ridiculous questions over and over and pass you around departments wasting your time

Ruddy App not working fsince early morning 16th Dec. I'm told it's due to App displaying wrong billing info. So, what's new I ask myself. Trouble is that the chat line chap I spoke t gfisrt of all didn't know this!!!!

I'll need to ask some clarifying questions.

 

What device are you using?

 

If you're using an Apple product, please delete the app and remove it from iTunes. Then reinstall it and see if this works.

 

If it's an Android product, please delete the app from your device, reinstall it and try again.

I've had this since changing my account type in July. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Customer support even changed my login details but still after nearly 6 months I get the "we are experiencing some technical.........." every time. Family members part of the overall contract have no issues. Everything is ok via the website!
