Ever since my number was ported over from 02 to VF back in May 2016 I have never been able to use this app. I've had multiple live chats but to no avail - the advice was it will sort itself out....
I'm using a Samsung Note 4 running Android 6.0.1 and I've uninstalled/installed numerous times and I've also cleared the cache/data from the applications manager - still get the "Sorry - technical difficulties" error meessage.
I'm hoping by putting the query here on one the administrators could escalate it or a forum member explain how I can fix it (with no technical knowledge).
It would be great if I could get to see my useage through this app - never had this problem with 02.
