I have had little or no signal in NR279QP since April. Previous to this I had a 4 bar 4g signal. I have chatted online to an assistant several times. Every time they tell me there is a fault and it's expected to be fixed by 5pm or midnight on that day. It's not!

This is an ongoing problem in West Runton (NR27 9QP) & has been since July.
We have always had a good signal (with the exception of a period in 2013/2014 following the demolition of the Firestation in Sheringham but these issues were resolved in erly 2014). Up until July we had great coverage all over the village, as was reflected on your coverage map until recent weeks.
I have reported the problem numerous tim,es always to be told there was maitenance work underway which would be completed by 5.00pm that day - the outcome was (& still is) the same no improvement.
What is actually going on? & why have you amended the coverage map instead of resolving the issue?

@CatMcAskew From what we're able to access and see, this is a low coverage area.
The best thing we're able to advise is for you to check back on our network coverage checker for any planned upgrades in your area.

It may be a low coverage area NOW but it didn't used to be. My whole family have always been on Vodafone for that reason.
All this rubbish we keep getting about work being done in our area isn't truse.
The conclusion I have come to is that you have moved a transmitter - I think from the tower on Beacon Hill, Sandy Lane, West Runton to Sheringham Firestation on Cromer Road, Sheringham. This would explain why West Runton's signal is so poor now & why it comes & goes.
